Is there parking available at the hotel?
We have ample free parking for guests cars directly outside the hotel. Please note that the onsite parking cannot accommodate lorries or coaches.

 

How far away from Epsom town centre is the hotel?
The hotel is approximately 1.8 miles from Epsom town centre, roughly a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

If you are using a Sat Nav to reach the hotel please use KT18 5LJ.

 

How far away from Epsom Downs Racecourse is the hotel?
We are situated on the grounds of Epsom Downs Racecourse in the picturesque Surrey countryside. The hotel is only a short stroll away from the action and can even see the horses being groomed at the stables behind the hotel.

 

When do you charge my credit or debit card?
A pre-authorisation is required for every reservation and will be requested at reception on check in. If a guest does not have a card available the hotel has the right to request a cash deposit of £100.00 per room which will be returned on check out.

Do you accept cash payment?
We do accept cash payment for accommodation however proof of ID will be requested at the time of check in from either a valid Passport or Driving Licence.  If you wish to pay by cash a pre-authorisation will still be required either by card or leaving a cash deposit of £100.00 at reception which will be returned on check out.

 

Do you accept group bookings?

Does the hotel have conference facilities?
The hotel has 2 purpose built meeting rooms on-site, which can accommodate 20 delegates board room style or 30 delegates theatre style. Do you offer free internet?
WiFi internet is free of charge throughout the hotel for residents. 

 

Do you allow pets?

Is the hotel accessible to wheelchairs?
Accessibility is a priority at our hotel and lift access is available to all levels. The hotel reception, bar and resturant area is positioned on the ground floor with no stairs and we also offer accessible bedrooms with adjacent for rooms if required. Do you have sofa bed's in the rooms already?
We do have sofa bed's in our double bedrooms only and these are subject to availability. If you would like a sofa bed set up in your room please can you either add this to your comments section or contact the hotel directly on 01372 755200 or This email address is being protected from spambots. Please be aware that the sofa bed's are set up in the bedrooms only on prior request. A supplement of £50.00 with be added to your room rate if the sofa bed is used by a guest which is over 16 years of age. Please note there is a maximum of 3 adults allowed per room.

 

Do you have cots available?
We have a few baby cots available. Please note that in double rooms with the sofa bed set up there is very limited room for a baby cot.

 

Restaurant
Our restaurant is open daily for breakfast:
• Monday to Friday: 6.30am to 9.30am
• Saturday to Sunday: 7.00am to 10.30am

Enquire at reception for details on how to avoid peak times during the breakfast service.

Our restaurant is open Monday -Thursday for dinner:
• Monday to Thursday: 6.30pm to 9.30pm
• 24hr bar snacks are available 7 days a week

 

You can dine with us in the evenings from our Express menu, available Monday - Thursday and full of great comfort food that's perfect after a long day of travelling or meetings, download our Express menu.

 

The hotel does not permit groups to bring their own food into public areas. 

 

The hotel does not offer a room service facility, should you wish to dine in your room food will be placed on a tray for you to collect from the bar. 

 

Should you wish to dine out, the hotel is happy to make recommendations, please ask at reception. 

 

In busy periods the hotel reserves the right to withdraw food menus.
